People who are putting their hundred percent to make sure that the job gets done efficiently get discourage by the result of their effort just because of the fault of some irresponsible person. It has happen too many companies in past and will keep happening if not keeping eye on these things.
For example if a manufacturer company, produce something without getting a know how about the market value of the product and after so much effort from makers and other many teams which work very hard to sell that item but in end they find out that the project on which they are working so much has no big benefit. They get depressed and it is possible that they will not work very hard next time.
It is not the responsibility of any one person or any one team to make sure the development of an organization; it is the duty of whole employment linked to that organization. Well planned companies never suffer such issues and disorders.
